In 2020, St. Luke’s Episcopal Church celebrated its 70th anniversary. Its history is one of early struggles, determined growth, influence and vigor. Today St. Luke’s is driven by new energy and rejuvenation. At its heart is a core of dedicated faithful Christians devoted to the service of our Lord, Jesus Christ.
St. Luke’s is located in a thriving North Dallas community, surrounded by retail shopping and restaurants. It is home to the Park Cities Day School, providing preschool, daycare, and infant care. It is also home to Boy Scout Troop 577, one of the most active in Dallas. The St. Mark’s School of Texas, one of the state’s highest ranked boys’ college preparatory schools, is within walking distance.
St. Luke’s has embarked upon a dynamic growth program focusing on worship, outreach ministries, expanded music programs, and engaging Bible Study and Christian education to strengthen the faith of parishioners at every stage of life.
This is an exciting time in the life of St. Luke’s, and you and your family are heartily invited to be a part of it.
