Justin Stanton

Director of Student Ministries

Justin has worked in youth ministry since 1994, when at Church of the Incarnation he served as the assistant  youth director.  Starting in 1996, Justin worked for Fr. Jack Sheffield at St. Christopher's in Austin. Then in 1999 received a call to St. Thomas' in Houston, where he met D'Anne, soon his wife to be.  They were married in December of 2000, and moved to Daytona Beach, Florida, where they served for 2 years.  In 2003 Justin and D'Anne recieved the news that they were expecting their first child, and returned to Dallas to be near family.  James was born in September of 2003, and sister Elizabeth was born in March of 2005.  Contemporary worship music has become a passion of Justin's, combining his love of worship and his talent on the guitar, and he has been involved with The River since its inception in January of 2006.
